Imperial Champion Style Unavailable in the Outfit station

Hi everyone, like the title implies, I'm not able to access to the Imperial Champion style at the outfit station.
1. I have all the pages unlocked and verified this as the Impressario
2. The style is not showing in the Outfit station , even among the signature styles, as usable or unusable (greyed out)
Has anyone else experienced this?
