How much resist does group dungeon trash and overland bosses have?

I get that group dungeon bosses have ~18k and I get that overland trash have ~9k. Specifically, I’m interested in the resists of group dungeon trash and overland/quest/delve/public dungeon bosses as it relates to my healer using Elemental Drain – no sense debuffing mobs with 9k resist but certainly want to debuff everything with 18k.
