Cant Log into the game

Hello,

today at about 4pm i experienced an disconnect from the game. So far i saw that some more players got disconnected during that time. I managed to log in after 10 minutes but had a constant spike for 100-300 ping. So i restarted my internet and my PC.

since then i am unable to log back into the game. After entering my LogIn Informations i get a loading screen and few seconds later i am back with an Error Message that i am unable to connect to the Server and should make sure i have a valid internet connection. I have a valid connection, i cant watch live streams without problems, even 4k Videos on youtube. Speedtest says 5ms to Hamburg and about 900 mbit/s download.

I repaired my client but i still cant login. Anyone has a solution? I cant submit a Ticket since the help website from ZOS is super slow for me and clicking on "submit ticket" just gives me an endless loading symbol and nothing happends. The Launcher doesnt even load the News you normally see. Its just blank

    May be your Router or Windows Firewall? For the router you can easily go into the router and make your gaming PC or Console a DMZ and have no port blocking to see if ESO can log in. I would not leave it as a DMZ since it would be open to attacks but I would do this to test to see if the ports needed for the game are being blocked by the router.

    Do the same kind of thing in Windows for the P.C. with no Firewall and see if that works. If so then you have to figure out what is going on with either the router or Windows and open the appropriate ports for the game to work properly.

    It seems that my router or provider is somehow blocking the connection to ZOS. For example i cant Access the website https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ from any of my devices that are connected to my Router/Provider (Vodafone) but when i use my Phone without Wifi i can instantly open it. When i turn on the Wifi i again, cant access the site

    I deleted the Game/Launcher cause i thought maybe Game Files are corrupted so i wanted to redownload the Launcher for a new installation but i cant even access the site. Seems really awkward :D

    I did those steps but in the end a reset of my modem did the job for me. But thanks :)
