CORRECT VERSION OF THE GAME TO PURCHASE

Game has 7 years old and every time they do a promo I see alot of ppl on forums/steam/facebook pages asking about the right "version of the game to buy". Two of my friends bought graymore upgrade version thinking it was the version with all chapters ...

And that is a pretty much common mistake it seems.

Market team should really do something about that, or they pretty much enjoy ppl buyng wrong or the same product twice.

They try pretty hard to talk about actually. Every single time a new chapter comes out the post an article to help people with just this.

I don't understand why it's so confusing. Especially this way around - if you just don't scroll down far enough and buy the first version you see you'll get the full version.

If you do scroll down just the fact that there's 2 (or more accurately 4) versions should give you some clue that they're different and therefore it's worth taking a second to see what that difference is. If you look at the pages for the different versions you'll see that the standard edition includes a note which says "INCLUDED CONTENT - Gain instant access to the ESO base game as well as Morrowind, Summerset and Elsweyr Chapters" while the Upgrade edition says "REQUIRES THE ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE, SOLD SEPARATELY".
