So... what's your best drop from this years jubilee event?

I'm opening 150-200 boxes a day. Nothing amazing so far. Obviously a tonne of motifs and a few expensive purple blueprints, that's about it. And of course it's always nice to get 20 Powdered mother of Pearl- had a couple hundred of them already.

I think it was two years ago I got a couple of super rare gold motif books- still hoping for one of them. I have a tonne of unopened boxes and I'll be grinding until the end.

Around a stack of pearls and two dusts apparently, no comparison to other years so not gonna participate next year with all 18 chars as always, one main will be perfect enough.

I got 4 aetherial dust during the event. The crazy part, only 1 came from the reward box, the other 3 came from harvesting. One of them I got from a wood node that is right next the wood crafting station in Mournhold.

Getting 105 boxes a day I haven't gotten anything too great yet. Z'ens and Minotaur chest motifs are the best drops so far.

No clue what Zen is worth but Minatour chests is a great drop!

I know I've gotten at least one or two Dust, I'll have a closer look once the event is over.

I don't think theyve nerfed the drops @colossalvoids the extremely rare stuff... well it's extremely rare for a reason. I don't plan on selling anything from this event for months but I'm sure I'll make a tonne when I do.

The thing is that they moved style pages up the drop list so we're getting a lot less actual motifs as a result and it's the main reason I was doing it every year really, to close some gaps in recently released ones and supply my alts/guildies. Money making is okay part but not a focus for sure, you still can get dust and ciphers so it's surely pretty profitable, no doubts here.

The highlight for me is 11 x Aetherial Dust.

No 'wow' items so far but in all honesty for doing pretty much what I do normally anyway - a lot of daily writs and a bunch of dailies - I have gotten quite a few 'well that's nice' moments.

Enough of them to leave a generally satisfied impression anyway.

I may not emerge from the event a billionaire but I am better off in terms of rare mats, learned motifs/furniture plans etc without having altered significantly my daily routine and I have quite a few things to sell that should be bring some coin in; I'm going to call this a win.

holy cow it seems like my account is locked out of drops like dust and ciphers... i play since beta and never once found one of the two. seeing that some of you got multiple of them during this event is beyond unbelievable for me

but i guess, congratz you lucky ones.

Not had anything amazing, but a lot of decent stuffs.

Plenty of gold mats, mother of pearl, housing mats and popular style material for housing (don't use either but sold for good money) and a load of motifs including some of the newer DLC dungeons.

Not exactly from the event, but a lot of good rewards from Markath dailies such as the motif a lot, purple housing plans and the style material(which I wouldn't do as often if not for event). All sold for good amount of money.

Also had minotaur helmets twice and minotaur chest from that daily, which sold for good money.

Nothing like last year though, when I dropped 3 Aetheric Ciphers.

All in all though, not bad. Made about 6 mil so far this event and haven't even sold any gold mats.

Oh, and 3647959 style pages, which is probably a new record for me.

Oh yeah, that is a highlight I forgot, I got the entire dro-m'Athra motif (not the yellow book, all the individual pages).

Pretty much nothing exceptional here, just a bunch of so-so motifs I still needed and many, many duplicates. That said, being able to go out and buy many of the motifs I still need to finish sets up has been a huge boon. So no, not really profiting off the event, but probably bought one of those Mino Chests mentioned above from one of you and it was the last piece I needed for that set which made me quite happy!

I've not had any aetherial dust/cipher or even a chromium would be nice. I have had a stack of Mother of Pearl, plenty of fleshfly larva and a lot of crafting mats. Got a pyre watch helmet motif (trust me to get the only one I already have!!). Had a few minotaur motifs but can't remember which ones

I got the gold book for Worm Cult (Motif 60). And a few potent nirncrux. Other than that, I've not really paid too much attention to what has been dropping. I didn't really grind this event out like I had in the past.

1 Aetherial Cipher (plus the one I got last year, same account), 2 dusts (second account), a stack of PMoP, Clam Gall and several Perfect Roe on each account both PC megaservers.

A couple of Thorn Legion pages, lots of minotaur (which I already had most of from last year) and WAY too many of the Sai/Abnur/Lyris/Champion/Jephrine pages - oh, and the Glass style book.

Aetherial Cipher, 3 or 4 Aetherial dusts, and around 4 million gold worth of motifs and furnishing plans. So far I've made somewhere around 5 million gold this event selling motifs and the Aetherial Cipher (already learned it from the anniversary event a few years ago).

Still have another 500K worth of Motifs in my traders, and another 2 days of writs across 18 characters.

Nothing worth talking about. Some motifs and crafting mats...very few gold mats... If the boxes didn't come from doing stuff I'm already doing I wouldn't even bother...so disappointing.

Hmm. 56 boxes a day (8x writs). Got a Chromium plating, ~3 perfect roe. Some Thorn Legion & other recent pages.

I read all the recipes & motifs on my main crafter, and then vendor/destroy the rest. So 0 gold beyond what the writ turn-ins were worth.

Don't think I've ever seen a cipher or dust in any year I've done it. Nor a full motif book.

Fang Lair chests I purchased it last year so I sold this one, but I really love the FL chest motif.

One Aetherial Dust as well, and enough of every alchemy ingredient that I'm finally OK with using a few mother of pearl and clam gall to allow every character to learn their alchemical traits.
