In my skills under destruction staff i have " unstable wall of elements ", but when i slot it , it shows " unstable wall of storms " no matter what i do, it will not change to unstable wall of elements .

Replace [elements] in the name of the skill with whatever type of destruction staff you have. You've got a lightning staff, so your element is lightning, hence, wall of storms. As opposed to wall of frost or wall of fire, for their respective staves.

There is no "wall of elements" as in more than one element. It's always matched whatever type of destruction staff you have equipped, just like the other destruction staff skills.

But the skill doesnt work at all. It is not a targeted attack, it should fire off at any time. But it will not fire off at all , toon just stands there like a idiot . No lightning or anything else .

Yeah, as long as you've got a destruction staff equipped on that bar, it should be firing off on the ground in front of you.

Probably a dumb question here, but is the skill greyed out? Do you have a destruction staff equipped on that active bar?

If I remember right, the skill will read “Wall of Elements” when slotted provided there is no destro equipped. (The game can’t choose an element when there is no element, so it defaults to the base name.) As you said, though, it isn’t usable in that state. So if OP found this way of making the ability have the “Elements” name, it won’t actually function as a skill.

I have lighning staffs on front and back. Nothing greyed out, but it wont fire from front or back bar. All other skills work fine. Guess its time to try another skill .
