Especially with the UI issues lately, the drop rate on these things are overkill. 7 boxes from crafting dailies and I get 4-6 pages from those boxes. They don't stack, they take a long time to destroy because of the UI issues, and they absolutely flood guild banks because no one needs them after 2 days in to a 2 week long event. At the very least please make it so you can sell them to your merchant, they don't even need a gold value.

There are 6 different gold styles and they all are basically worthless due to high drop rates. I thought they settled on a system where old event items would go to the random ticket boxes and not clutter up the current event loot tables?
It is helpful that newer pages actually stack, but the inability to store them in banks makes management a pain still. ZOS has got some great ideas, but this part of the reward implementation was not very well thought out. What's the reason we can't sell these for 1g again? Would it break the economy in some way?

Not entirely worthless. I sold a bunch of the Companions and even Jephrine Paladin style pages in the weeks before the event.

I find that I cannot give them away or sell them. So I delete them as I am opening the crates. On console, there is no bulk delete, so I end up deleting them one at a time. Which is a bit slow, sigh.

I mark them as junk and then, at end of day, choose Destroy All Junk on the junk tab. I am on PC, but I don't think this is an addon. I think it is standard game functionality. Can you do that on console? I am not sure how much time that saves you on console. On PC, you literally have to spell out the word "DESTROY" with the keyboard, so doing it one by one is a nightmare. I imagine that is not required on console, so I am not sure if that is saving you any steps.

If you are willing to let them take up space and hold them for 8-10 months they do go up in price a little but honestly not enough imo to make it worth the space.
Here is the quick and easy way to get rid of them:
Mark them as Junk. Then go into your Junk Folder and Delete All Junk. They all go bye bye.
This avoids the annoying DESTROY you have to type in to get rid of each individual one.
