I expect them to be just a bunch of clones, like the banker and merchant. They can't have them really impact game play, so they won't be OP.
From a PvP perspective, this new patch brings nothing new to us. Every other major DLC has included new mechanics, or gear into the game, that pvp players could take advantage from.
Morrowind: Warden Class
Summerset: Jewerly Crafting
Elseweyr: Necromancer Class
Greyhost: Mythics
Oblivion: ???
The next "new thing" is companions. It's a cool thing, and definitely looks fun, but its been confirmed to not work in pvp so as a main pvp player, its simply not worth it to buy an entire chapter for a companion i wont be able to use.
I hope for the next dlc after this one, ZOS can add some new race, or class, or system that pvp players also can enjoy
That's fine. I don't think it's realistic to expect that every chapter will be perfect for every player. And this forum tends to underestimate the amount of people who play the game mostly for the story. I dabble in all of the game's aspects, but I do mainly buy the chapters because of the new quests and locations. And companions sound fun to me.
Those who won't buy Blackwood will just save some money until it gets added into Plus. Sounds like a good thing to me.
Edit: That said, I would completely support a pure pvp chapter as well. A new location maybe, a rework of what's already there, some new mechanics/ gameplay ideas, new skill lines/weapons/classes or anything else. That would be fair, and attention for pvp is long overdue.
One might reason that keep stating you hate everything the company does in one area, makes the company focus and build upon the things its customers say they enjoy.

The Imperial City DLC was the pure PVP DLC. A large number of PVPers mentioned how they hated the new mechanics and avoided going there they still do. Battlegrounds was a PVP feature added in Morrowind a large number of PVP players mentioned how much they hated it. When it was changed so many pre-made four man groups could not curb stomp pugs many voiced their displeasure.
Since then there has not been a PVP focus on anything. One might reason that keep stating you hate everything the company does in one area, makes the company focus and build upon the things its customers say they enjoy.

Why not, SWTOR has a companion system that works really well. They aid you in fighting, can be a 4th in flashpoint. There is no reason ZOS couldn't do the same thing just flag them so they can't go into trials etc. Overland, public dungeons, etc they should be fine. ZOS made a single player game out of an MMO. There is no reason to nerf their new companion system.

Same amount of delves, public dungeons, world bosses, one trial, in the last two Chapters even the main quests shared the same tropes - so, where am I exaggerating? Elsweyr was special due to the new setting, I give you that, the other Chapters really were not. Especially Greymoor was very poor in comparison, but that’s subjective. That every Chapter is the same formula is a fact though. In Blackwood, for the first time, they’re not copy pasting dolmens.
