Even after today’s maintainace 5th April
Last boss has a sheild when you turn up so you have to wipe to start it

On hard mode at 10% boss produces a sheild and constant lightning which can’t be broken. Ran around for 10 mins trying to take it out - no joy so had to wipe

    The Lightning aspects are still bugged and sometimes refuse to explode. Our group tried literally everything, from using no AOE, to no DOT skills, and finally just using Light attacks on them, and even that didn't work. We finally agreed to try and stop attacking them if more than one person was focusing an aspect and managed to not have them bug out any more. ZOS please address this, you told us you did so in the last patch notes and even made a joke about "leet DPS" being the cause but it's really not funny anymore and joking about it being fixed when it is clearly not is quite infuriating. This was on Windows PC, via Steam, can try to provide more context if needed.
