When is the daily quest reset (for normal dailies, not Undaunted Pledges or Crafting Writs)?

I found times for the Undaunted and Crafting Dailies but nothing for the normal ones, like the repeatable quests in Vvardenfell, Summerset, or the Clockwork City. Do you know when they move to the next quest?

✭✭✭✭✭All dailies reset the same time as crafting and undaunted ones.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.4 -

The reset was 2 hours before this (6:00 UTC) & it was within a few secs of the correct time, as I was waiting for it to occur! (Had to eat cake twice - my radio controlled clock being a tiny faction ahead of the PC-EU server [at a guess radio signal vs NTP propergation delay])“Be as a tower, that, firmly set,

fiftypercentgrey✭✭✭I got the quest now with a different character. Apparently, one of my characters is on a different rotation with these quests than the other. I relogged with both and it still is like that. Is that normal?ἀπόκρυφος0

✭✭Undaunted pledges are the same for everyone every day, unless you're hanging onto an old one. Every other daily where there's more than one quest per quest giver npc has a rotation than can vary from character to character1
