They could just implement it as an in-game object that you can sell on Guild Traders, so it would show up like I put 1000 crowns up at 350 gold each, so the stack would show as 350,000 gold purchase.

Yes you should be able to purchase "crown boxes" and sell them in stores for gold.
For exemple buying an item for 3000 crowns that when opened give 3000 crowns.

They could make crown stuff unbound and tradeable, when you buy some collectible you get a container to use or sell. But I do not think they would.

I would simply put up an container with 1000 crowns in the crown store.
This box can be sold, mailed, stored or gifted like any standard item, on use it will add 1000 crowns to your account.
No way to cheat here. Yes some could use an stolen credit card to buy crowns but that is no different from current system with gifting.

It would boost crown sale and use since its much easier to just buy some crown packs and sell in an guild store if you want gold and buy if you want crowns.

They could do it exactly like in Star Wars The Old Republic - all items from Cartel Market are tradeable on global trading house. Oh, wait... Why we still don't have a global trading?:) (I know, I know! It's "better" here. Everyone has to use TTC addon and despite of that I'm still never buying anything, because wandering across zillions of guild traders is just too painful. But... De gustibus non est disputandum).

Disagree. Some people would buy crowns just to sell them for gold.
Guild Wars 2 has a safe way to sell gems for gold and vice versa, so we know it's technically possible.

You buy it in crown store, then sell it via trading system (trading guild / "WTS" on chat). The one who opens it receives crowns.

I like this idea somewhat, but it wouldn't solve my problem. If i want crowns i can buy them, but i can't spend them on what i want to spend them on thanks to my countries anti gambling laws/restrictions.
So this wouldn't really solve my problem (and anyone else with the same laws for that matter).
It could possibly even make it worse. Since players would just sell their crown bags or whatever instead of gifting items.
The people that want to sell crowns for gold could do so. The scammers will stick with gifting making it even riskier (I suppose).
Yes I'm aware there's discord black market stuff for crown buying and whatnot.
Though the option of giving said crown bag to a friend to then gift the item you want becomes a possibility, so that's a plus?

I mean I wouldn't really care about it, if anyone could sell gold for money. But their "we'll allow it, as long as we're the ones making cash from it " policy is deplorable imo.
