Closest you can get to a WoW style monk build?

I know unarmed/fist weapons aren't a thing, so aside from that, what class (magicka or stamina) gets the closest?

something dual wielding maces, probably. pretty much any class can be rolly polly, and dual wield has the wirling blades skill that sorta I guess works like monk skill but even then it might be closer to wow rogue wirl then a monk. I guess you can build dragonknight a bit like brewmaster? maybe. ish.
    dirty worthless casual.

Im almost leaning toward a magdk, but maybe a magplar? Or should it be a stam class?

my gut says stam, if only because melee associates with stam for me, but it could probably go either way. I tend to primarily play my monks as misweavers and I cannot tell you what feels like misweaver here. magwarden maybe? sorta? not really? (in restrospec, I think magwarden is a bit more resto druidish like the monk. monk is a pretty unique class all things considered)

I guess either templar could work, since puncturing strikes kinda feel like fists of fury but spammable. dualwield is stamina oriented. staff is magika. there are some abilities in dualwield weapon line that feel monk like to me.

oh and disclamer. I'm going on my personal experiences of playing a monk AND I offer no guarantee that trying to replicate a playstyle will result in viable build for group content.
