I can't get the 2021 cake or event tickets

I have done the Jubilee cake event twice, and neither time did I get the 2021 cake, nor eating the 2020 cake will give me event tickets and now I am at a loss.

So you gave Chef Donolan the ingredients, and waited while he cooked the cake, then spoke to him when the arrow showed over him again to pick up the cake?

And are you not seeing the cake in the Tools section of the Collections pane?

Where are you looking for the 2021 cake? ZOS moved it from where it used to be; it's now on the "Tools" tab in Collections. Is that where you're looking for it?

Found it, thank you, but why the hell is it in tools? I swear ZOS is going to be the death of me.

Yeah.... silliness really. It makes much more sense as a Memento.

I'm glad you got it after all, but I'm sorry you missed the first 2 days of tickets because of it being moved.

Because it's MUCH more convenient there. Admittedly they could make the transition more obvious for those of us who are used to the old system, but when all you want is a quick xp buff, it's just SO much more convenient to open up 'Tools' section which has like 6 tools than the 'Memento' section which has like...a hundred mementos at this point. I for one really appreciate it, but I'm sorry you didn't find it in time. You should've asked in zchat, I see a lot of people asking/answering this
