Bought a motif, collected from mail, learned it, still in inventory but description blank, then when i moved off it n back it changed to pants of marauders haste. 4/3/21

Anybdy on the pts that can comment, was the latest hoard of bugs present there before we were all subjected to it? And how long was the latest patch in PTS, shouldnt these issues have been fixed prior to patch rollout? Stupid questions i know. If this latest version was a car itd b a smoking heap and have a safety recall0

Heres one from 2 wks ago, wife bought 3 sets of 15 aelid crates, second set got a apex mount, the senche, never equiped it just bc, went to equip later n its nowhere to b found. She opened a tix w support, first they said we dont see in the last batch u opened, her reply was not the last batch, the middle one. They said they needed exact time n date n what else she recvd in that "hand" of cards...lol, had no prblm lookn at latest batch of crates...she replied like that, their reply, we dont see any apex mount in any of the 3 batches of crates..screenshot everything0

My son ran into smbdy who lost all their glyphs from their craft bag, didnt come back til the next day1
