jewelry crafting daily writs should be certifiable at every starting zone

i just found out, this is a thing. like years later. because I haven't gotten around to doing summerset yet ( i am on third faction storyline)
you patched in jewelry crafting tables to every zone, but then you did not put certification in any zone, but the zone of sumerset
if memory serves, jewelry crafting benches were exclusive to sumerset originally. like the clockwork city unique bench, but later patched into every zone

ZOS stop forcing us to spoil entire chapters of the game, to unlock basic features, like daily writs for a crafting skill we already maxed out.

They added jewelery benches everywhere when Summerset dropped.

It's a little bit of a hassle I guess but I don't feel like it ruins the story or anything.

It would be convenient for us as we level alts. It seems like they could have more options for Jewelry Crafting certification at this point. They could just give the quest to Mileneth if the player has Summerset unlocked. At least it seems like a good idea.

Go to Alinor - do quest - ignore everything else
& you can get to Alinor, at times like this by porting to a friend or guildmate, as many will be doing quest for the event boxes!

and even if you cant get direct it's only a short run to get the wayshrine, or the room in the inn!

Jewelry Crafting was introduced with summerset. you must have that to access it just like warden was added with mortowind and Necro with elsweyr and decrying with greymoor and companions with the new one

Jewelry crafting is locked unless you have Summerset.
And I think it is easier just to put certification NPC in there then to add them everywhere but with quest only be available if you have Summerset...

The transmute station still only exists in Clockwork City, it was never patched into other zones. I doubt they will do this, well because Jewelry crafting was the big thing with the Summerset chapter, if the give away JC, then they are pretty much giving away the DLC.
