Jubilee cake 2021 and some mementos are broken

Jubilee Cake 2021 is not working as well as some mementos. I did Prologue quest on 31 March and successfully used memento "Daedric Unwarding Amulet" on my character. On 1st of March after getting the cake it did not appear after I used the memento/tool. Neither the Daedric amulet is working anymore. So as of now some mementos play all the animations and visuals, and some do not. This issue is specific for only one of my characters. All other characters don't have this issue.
As a result I can't get the XP boost on my main character. I see this issue did happen in the past for some players. Hope there is a known fix. I submitted tickets, but no fix so far.

Sirlorg✭Ditto, same issue. Guess they are getting so much content, the servers can't handle it. So now 2nd day can't get the rewards.0 -

✭Playing on PCNA and even though the I already completed the quest and got the first day login the cake is gone for me.

Trying to collect the quest
Being told I have already completed the quest for the cake I don't have.
And even after trying to complete the quest on a different character I still do not have the 2021 cake.

Taresha✭✭After the patch on 5th April the issue is still there. I play on PC EU. The cake is in the tools, but when I use it the animation and visual are not playing and I don't have the option to use the cake.
