Nighthollow Motifs

I was going through some armor ideas, and I saw the Nighthollow style on the outfit station! It says it drops from the daily quests for Harrowstorms in the Reach. I checked guild stores, and the option to search for them exists... but no one seems to have actually seen them! 
Maybe they don't drop yet? I would think this would be a style on the crown store when they add it, but its not there either, so perhaps not?
Have they done this kind of thing before? Added a style motif to the outfit stations and guild stores before they made it available in game?
