I hope it will be better.
On the other hand, they might just pull the plug if the income isnt what they hoped for.
Guess the time will tell.

eso isnt known worldwide. it only has servers in 2 continents lol.
microsoft probably invest alot in minecraft since it was or is very profitable.
but other elder scroll series, the single player game, is a different story. many people would know skyrim but not eso. so they might invest more on upcoming elder scroll 6. who knows?
mega companies like microsoft care alot about profit. if there arent many customers why invest on it?
i think it will be same as usual since eso does have reasonable amount of players for an mmorpg.

Cross-play or at least Cross-Save will be a thing among many of their titles between Xbox and PC in the future. I doubt they will do anything that deals with creative integrity of the games.
Eso is making good money, they have a solid monetisation model, I don't think Microsoft would wanna mess with something that already works.
I wouldn't expect anything special just cause of the Microsoft purchase.

I'm sure this game is an absolute cash cow, i doubt they will pull the plug. If anything, they will probably have even more "pay to acquire" things. One thing Minecraft did under Microsoft is have a lot of user-created for-pay content. This allowed even users to benefit and get royalties from sales for things they created.
