Popper parts and noise maker parts are to limited as drops...with 4 toons everyday all 6 quests each ive gotten 3 of one and 2 of the other..my daughter got 1 part on her own account and my wife on her account has recieved none...(but cherry branch runebox day1 and another last night)..being achievements that should drop more often.
