I know it probably has been discussed many times over. But is there no possibly way of getting our PS4 ESO stuff to PC. Anything that is crownstore related? Houses and Pets CP levels. It probably is a no, you just never know unless you ask again

I wish.., I have no desire to buy a ps5. I want to build a pc. I love this game and I do not want to restart. It’s feeling like my adventures in ESO may be sun setting...

Hope they add a transfer I’d pay for it.

I did make the transfer, it just really sucks the houses and pet's I've gotten from Crownstore winning, purchases. The grind isn't that hard but I do miss the big CP levels fo

Apart from the technical aspects, it's highly likely that there are contractual reasons why ZOS can't "poach" accounts from the console providers.

If that's the case then PC and Xbox might get transfers soon. I am curious though, does anyone know of an MMO that offers cross platform transfers? I'm not talking about transferring from say PC to server to another PC server, but from PC to Playstation

I doubt they would do PC to Xbox transfers. Partly because it would alienate the Playstation cistomers, and partly because people are reading far too much into Microsoft purchasing ZOS's parent company, imagining that every single complaint or frustration they have about ESO will be sorted "when Microsoft run the game" - it won't be sorted, and Microsoft won't be running the game.

Can you imagine all the players that are more than likely regretful when they transferred to console off of PC before the drop... :D lbvs

I know it wont happen but I would pay to transfer my account to PC...all my character names and account @name could be reset too...idk just wish I started on PC for better QOL. Is what it is though...

I share your feelings on this, I recently bit the bullet and switched to PC. It's QoL and performance upgrades are worth it.

I'm more sad about my crown store purchases and collectibles that are currently unavailable rather than CP.

Destiny 2 has true cross progression, where you can log in on any platform and progress your common account. There are some limits with respect to DLC and their microtransaction currency, but it's pretty seamless otherwise.

Edit: It's worth noting that such a thing would be a lot harder for ESO because of the way it handles character names (where they're separate from your account name and forced to be unique within your server).

I'm pretty sure those accounts still exist on PC, but I could be wrong. I do know people who play on console but they still have their original PC accounts.

I wish I could transfer from xbox to PC as well.. and before anyone say its microsoft and sonys fault we already do not have it i just say look at all other games with crossprogression and even crossplay.

I am 810+ on console and have spend alot of money and time on the game so it feels really bad when i have invested so much and got very little back.. I recently tried the PC version and now when I go back to console i cannot handle the low fps and bad performance and I feel disgusted by how much money i have given ZOS.. I think they owe us a account transfer..

Meanwhile i am playing the PC version even if I have lost all my progress and stuff..

Other games were designed with cross play in mind. It was written into the code. The developers have said with this game they can't transfer accounts nor offer cross play. The code wasn't created with that in mind. It isn't so much they won't let you transfer an account but that they can't.

Ya I think Bottom line for me really is the actual IRL money I put into crowns to buy mounts and pets. Bought Crown Crates and received Pets and Mounts and homes. The free home in Western Skyrim I can no longer have because I wasn't PC at that moment. I really couldn't care about most everything. But Crown stuff comes from ZOS as much as PS4, why couldn't I get those back?

Think they could resolve this issue by simply adding some tag - like @PS4, maybe using some special character - to the imported names.

Unique names were the first thing that came to mind when I posted, but there are definitely other major issues that would need to be resolved. In-game mail is almost certainly not set up to work across servers, and there are a ton of guild-related issues, for example. I'm sure I'm missing other things too.
