✭✭✭✭While that doesn't actually answer the question of whether Misc furnishings will be available in-game without crown purchases, at least it means it can be gotten again without additional purchases.

For in-game Services items not requiring DLC or crown store purchases, we have:- crafting stations of any variety (including outfit)
- storage chests and coffers
- target dummies (a handful of these, at least)
