Reasonable changes to Vampire I would like to see.

Vampire needs more work than this, sure, but I am trying to stick to smaller things that might be more agreeable. Not large overhauls, just a couple of things that would improve the Vampire experience.

What I would like to see is this:

1. Ranged Eviscerate Morph. Just make Arterial Burst Ranged and give it a more noticeable animation. As it stands, the animation is BARELY noticeable and the only reason to use AB is because it’s not BfB. A ranged option would be fantastic and could pave the way to simply making BfB cost Magicka and removing that incredibly unfun “cannot be healed by other players mechanic” down the road.

2. More damage for Vampiric Drain. Seriously, it does horrible damage. And the heal is not enough to make it worth slotting for such pitiful damage. And tone down the brightness of the animation.

3. Add “While in Stage 4, Feeding heals you for X every 1 second for X seconds” to the Feed passive. Just a QOL change.

    in all honesty some of the penalties just needs to be toned down slightly too

    The idea ZOS went for is fine but needs some adjustments, these are the changes that I would make.

    - Perfect Scion should be changed to Berserk Scion > While transformed by pressing the ultimate button again you can teleport in a cloud of bats to the targeted enemy dealing XXXX physical damage that scales off of stamina, it would function similar to the effect of Clouding Swarm before the Vampire overhaul.

    - Instead of a Health Regeneration Debuff Vampires get an Outside Healing Debuff at 3%/6%/9%/12% based on stage, since this would be quite a bit worse then what they have currently to make up for it the player vampire would gain an additional 100 base Health Regeneration for every stage up to 400 extra health regeneration so they heal faster not slower.

    - Eviscerate and it's morphs will cost health by default, the first morph will simply add range to the ability while the second morph will make the ability deal disease damage and scale off of stamina.

    - Vampiric Drain and it's morphs currently heal you for more the less health you have remaining so why not enforce it and make it deal more damage to the enemy in relation to your remaining health.

    - Blood Frenzy should increase your movement speed when used by at least 15% to help make up for the cost, simmering frenzy would increase this number by 5% every second, of course it would not let you move any faster then the cap.

    - Unnatural Movement should make the Vampire immune to cleansable snares to add a combat purpose to the passive, right now it is better to be at stage 3 then stage 4 as far as combat goes for unnatural movement currently has no benefit for combat other then trying to avoid it.

    Agree, the reVamp didn't turn out as well as the intention behind it was. I literally only use it for the passives and a "free skin". Would be nice to find use for skills other than niche builds.

    I agree with many of the suggestions given in this thread. My Vampire used to be my main and I'd love to want to play her more again. But the way things are now, I'm lacking motivation.

    I have an additional suggestion that is purely cosmetic. I would like her to only look like a Vampire when in combat mode, and look like a normal character the rest of the time. This is more in tune with my perception of a Vampire, and is backed up by a few movie depictions.

    Yes I know movies aren't real, but then neither are Vampires. :o

    I'd like to add that this is how it is for Werewolves. They only look like a Werewolf when they trigger that mode with their ultimate.

    Simple changes either remove the non vampire ability cost increases or give us a cost reduction in combat skills as we progress stages as in block dodge cost reduction.
