Hi guys
Dawnbreaker text is "Arm yourself with Meridia's sacred sword and dispense her retribution, dealing [4647 / 4700 / 4750 / 4802] Physical Damage to enemies in front of you, an additional [5588 / 5650 / 5711 / 5775] Physical Damage over 6 seconds....."
Is the additional damage a ground aoe dot, like saw WOE; or is it a dot applied to players/mobs hit by the initial burst like say flame breath? I can't quite work out if it sticks to them if they move....

would love to actually have a good aoe burst magicka ultimate. i wish they made DBOS's damage increase, baseline, and then made flawless dawnbreaker deal flame damage instead with another type of effect. would be nice. or hey, maybe they could rework soul assault to have a burst damage morph that costs as much as DBOS.PvE Frost Warden Main and teacher for ESO-U.
