Cyrodiil Viable No-proc sets list?

Are the sets in the list here, the only ones that are currently viable for use in Cyrodiil?:

Beekeeper’s Gear
Crafty Alfiq
Draugr Hulk
Endurance
Fortified Brass
Grace of the Ancients
Hunding’s Rage
Impregnable Armor
Law of Julianos
Leviathan
Mother’s Sorrow
Plague Doctor
Shacklebreaker
Spinner’s Garments
Spriggan’s Thorns
Willpower Agility

Or are there other sets that can still be used that work that aren't listed above like say Vicious Death?

Only listed sets have their 5pc bonus.

But you still can use other sets for 1-4pc bonuses.

I wasn't 100% sure because I was checking out the nightblade bomb build on Alcast's website which says it's updated for the Flames of Ambition DLC, Blackwood Chapter but has Vicious Death as one of the sets.

Some other sets work which have two seperate 5 piece bonuses,such as Night Mothers Embrace.

Night Mother's Embrace
LEVEL 50 - CP 160
Type Overland
Set bonus
(2 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
(3 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage
(4 items) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
(5 items) Adds 171 Weapon Damage, Reduces the radius you can be detected while Sneaking by 2 meters. Reduces the cost of Sneak by 25%.

Also Oblivion's Foe:

Type Craftable
Set bonus
(2 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage and Spell Damage

(4 items) Adds 657 Weapon Critical
(5 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage and Spell Damage, When you deal damage with Soul Magic, you mark the target's soul dealing 12820 Magic Damage over 10 seconds, as long as they are not already marked from you.

You can still Bomb in IC with VD. For Cyro spinners/julianos/Molag Kena /Kraghs still does the trick. Though tankier enemies wont get killed unless you're lucky with the statuseffects. (CP perk "okult overload")
