Remnants of the Deep Folk quest is broken
When trying to get the dwarves scrap from the upper location, you can't interact with the scrap in any position, even from below. It appears as though the scrap is embedded in the platform, even though the prompt to interact with it is visible. Thus, it is not possible to complete the quest.
The support email suggestions do not work either (e.g. logout completely for 15 minutes, and abandon quest and restart it), I have tried both twice.

Samantha5422✭✭✭I reported this in-game a while back. What worked for me was leaving the zone and then returning, after that the quest marker was repositioned in the proper location. Hope this works for you as well.PC NA. Arrived in Tamriel April 2017. CP2650+. 14 Characters. Housing addict.0
