Summon Clannfear bug (?) - Clannfear doesn’t appear after summoning

I encountered this bug three or four times in the last days (Xbox).

When I‘m summoning the Clannfear it just doesn’t appear. It shows like it’s summoned and I can use the healing skill and it heals me, but the Clannfear isn’t there. I’ve recognized this because I was solo farming world bosses on my new creates alt and the Clannfear is a great tank, but dies often so I have to resummon it - while doing so the skill activates, but the Clannfear doesn’t appear. As I said, can use the heal, but the pet just isn’t existent. And the only way to fix this is remove the skill from the bar entirely and then summon it again.

I‘m not sure if this has something to do if I animation cancel the summon to quickly and the skill is finished, but the summon isn’t - has someone else encountered this bug? It’s super annoying.

I've had a few times where the Clannfear would get stuck in world geometry and even spawn underground.

In those cases, the heal still works but the Clannfear itself is nowhere to be seen.

How to prevent this though? Having to unslot the skill is tedious on console and it seems to be the only fix?
