Best way to take advantage of XP boost for the next few weeks?

I would think it would be:

(a) do random normals on all your characters
(b) do any quick master writs you have
(c) do daily writs on all your characters
(d) hang out in a grind spot

Grind spots would be
1) spellscar (probably the best or all the trash-farm options, since it tolerates large crowds a bit better than the others, with the trash being sturdier)
2) skyreach instance (2 people)
3) nBRP first three rounds (3 people)

Any corrections or additions/subtractions?

You can grind Skyreach alone (you need a group, but the other group member can be offline).
    1000+ CP
    PC/EU Ravenwatch Daggerfall Covenant

    nbrp can be duo-ed.

sgould net more xp/kill. but kills/hour will probably sink.

    never trioed. so dunno.

probably dependent on the might of the group members if duo or trio ends up better xp/hour.

would probably add dolmen train under mindless grind spot..

ShutYerTrap (selectively mute NPC dialogues (stuga, companions); displayleads (antiquity leads location); UndauntedPledgeQueuer (small daily undaunted dungeon queuer window)

Perhaps just enjoy the game and not worry about the cp cap? I’d say that is the “best” way to take advantage of it.

The concept of 3,600 cp is that you get to always enjoy improving your character for years. I’m surprised at how many people want it to be a sprint. 🤷‍♂️

Most of us are sprinting to compensate for the nerf if you were below 1500 or so. Once I get there, I'll chill a little more.

I'm around 1100 cp and while I took a small dip in dps I don't feel underpowered or need to grind my way up to compensate...I still kick ass ha

My only issue is Thief tree. You need a lot of CP to use different stars. Not to mention constantly swapping them (for refining, pickpocketing, harvesting, etc). It's annoying.

My master crafter is also my thief and fisherwoman (she does not fight much) so I need moar cp for all the green tree slottables. What I'm doing is going through the consumable master writs I had accumulated since the last time ZOS released new character slots - I usually kept them to fast level new characters, but not anymore.

That's easy to say when you haven't already completed the majority of content in the game. I've done that, all quests, all zone achievements. The only thing left is a handful of dungeon and trial achievements, and PVP. All of which benefit from having a stronger character. Is it entirely necessary? No. But what other way is my character going to earn significant XP gains without grinding something or redoing all quests on other characters. As it is, the XP gain from all of the quests and achievements I completed prior to CP2.0 was less valuable than the same XP someone else can earn on those same quests and achievements.

As someone who has tried them all. Your going to be disappointed. With just the regular things we had before I have yet to see any real improvement over them. For me I just slot the gold boosting ones, double resources and fill out with the disassembly one and treasure hunter. I have yet to ever get a second pattern out of the 10billion lock picks I have looted.

I run several characters through normal dailies after doing the festival quest. I was gonna do this anyway so its not really a big thing.

I got a fair number of double patterns already. They were all green ones, though.

These kinds of comments in grind threads are pretty annoying, not gonna lie. No one is saying you can't play the game however you want and that you have to grind CP too. Let people who don't want to feel like they've been nerfed to heck anymore play the game however THEY want. No one is saying straight up that they have to have 3600CP, but even if they did, what does it matter to you if people want to grind CP?

For me? The massive mitigation drop HAS impacted my ability to do the things I used to be able to do and thus my enjoyment. I imagine it's similar with other people - maybe not mitigation, but things they used to be able to do but now can't. I don't need as much as 3600CP for that to be less of an issue, but it'd also take months if not years to get there from where I am now if I just puttered around like you seem to think is fine.

Also maybe some people enjoy grinding and that's how they enjoy the game. Did you consider that?
