Is anyone else having real issues at the moment? In the past week eso has become completely unplayable. There are some major glitches going on with animation, sounds, loading times you name it. Anyone else?

I have noticed a little bit of ability button lag in trials / overland. Not unplayable but I have missed a few things here and there i wouldn't have missed if my abilities fired when I hit the button.

Not having any issues at all on PC NA or EU - I don't however do pvp or pve endgame (or any group content). Which platform and server?

No issues but game crashed standing at the home base in Cyrodil today, it crashed so suddenly I thought I had alt tabbed and tried to find it on bar. Another in group also crashed at the same time.

This is exactly my experience and playstyle. All I've noticed is that the population seems quite a bit larger than usual, and with that comes the odd momentary pause in a few highly populated locations but nothing to make the game remotely unplayable or even mildly frustrating.

If on PC, you might want to try disabling all addons if you have any and if that helps then re-enabling them in turn. I don't recall the details as I much prefer to play the game without them but I've seen one or two mentioned in this context.

This update I did have major issues at first. Turns out Nvidia does not support FXAA for this game, which I had enabled. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Adding ESO to my nvidia-settings program, and turning off FXAA in ESO fixed my issues. My issues were my CPU/GPU going crazy when in loadingscreens, character select screen, dungeons, and even the login screen. Which made it unplayable, but the issue was not ESO.

Hope this info can help anyone else!

PS: There is still the bug where alt-tabbing from the game, for some reason stresses out my PC.
EDIT: I'm on PC EU.

I’m on Xbox eu and play purely overland pve. It’s the first time this game ha been unplayable for me at all. Thanks

I've noticed the same on PS4. Here and there my abilities won't fire. I know I've hit the button but the game just ignores it.
There's also been a lag on bankers and merchants. It's like putting stuff into the bank or selling to merchant has a cool down now. But yet there's times when there's no 'cool down' at all and it's back to normal.

Amazingly, I've only crashed twice. For no apparent reason, both times. Different locations each time, first in overland and second in my Alpine home. I've heard of others not being so lucky though.

On the upside, they did fix the Labyrinth floor. So there's that...

Well, good luck with it. You didn't say, but I'm assuming your other internet activities are working fine? If not, perhaps talk to your ISP?

Pc or console? I had sound issues but those went away once i ran a file check.

Slow loading in event spots. Nothing unexpected.

My interactions with the login server are very long and seem to get longer and longer. But once i am in the game everything is loading and running as expected. It use to take me about 20 seconds to character swap. It took about 40-60 seconds pre event post Markarth. During the event loading into a non event area( the middle of nowhere in Vvardenfell) took me nearly 90 seconds. Most of that on " requesting character load" or w/e.

My rotations are definitely not as smooth as before. Feels like I have to wait a split second longer than usual before I queue my next ability otherwise I'll miss it.

Fingers crossed the new servers will make things a bit better.

Only problem is sometimes my blade characters will refuse to swing when fighting an overland enemy, no matter what key I hit, so I have to disengage and try again, but I think that's happened before from time to time (PC - US)

Has PC had an incremental?

We still haven't on xbox. So we still have invisible NPCs, lag when using craft bag/bank etc.

I assume an incremental will fix.

Game quite often does this for a few weeks after a patch

Yeah, I'm crashing every other fast travel/instance change, and many others are seeing that too. Persists after disabling add-ons.

There's also some weird issues with animations or assets not loading, and graphics artifacting. I never had the problems before the patch, but they are pretty frequent now.

happening to me and my friends during battlegrounds, not always. Skills are delayed or do not respond in a strange way, never noticed it before. I have 60-80 ms but it feels like 200 ms. Also loading times can be insane again.

I had one crash to desktop this AM exiting Hammerdeath arena. Other than that my performance generally depends on how crowded the area is. Trying to do Alik'r dolmens last evening game would freeze and disconnect but I partially believe it is my ISP throttling back bandwith on high-demand users since the end of net neutrality a few years back.

I have the same problem in battlegrounds. Sometimes I'm right next to enemy player and do light attack but no hit is registered nor damage is applied. Usually happens when there's lots of AoE going on.

I didn't have this problem last patch.

I notice that channeled skills on my magplar are buggy (beam from chest, desynchs on jabs and light attacks)
I notice that when I change setups to my single target set up on sorc with double pets, that if I switch bars (even with the flying pet on both)...well the pet dies and I have to cast again.

I don't have any problems with loading screens though, nor sound.

Today, a few hours ago, even though both my FPS and ping were stable (for my usual average, that is) I literally couldn't even swap bars. Fighting WBs or Harrowstorms is MUCh harder when you have access to only half of your skills.

Later, portable merchant/banker lagged so bad that each action required 2-3 confirmation ('E' key presses)

Been extremely laggy on PS4EU after the event. Close to unplayable. 1-3 sec delays all the time

PS NA, will crash at least once a hour if I do not completely shut the game down and restart it. Bank interactions is really slow as well no matter what I do. Yes my internet is fine nothing has changed on my end except U29. Everything else is running fine.

Since the event started I'm having a lot of trouble when doing crafting dailies - everything seems to be laggy; crafting tables, reward boxes opening, delivery crates, pickup board, banker. I presume it's because there are more people on, but yeah, it's kind of annoying.
