clearly you didn't read my post. I'm suggesting they add a new vendor alongside the luxury furnishing vendor that resells 1 of the limited time homes...as it stands you have to wait 2 years for 1 of them to randomly resurface...my proposal is you'd only have to wait weeks or months for your dream house to be available again.

Alright I admit I didn't read it thoroughly. It's just that they would have no profit selling the house in gold. Also the rarity of the house will diminish if it's on a weekly, on monthly rotation. I'd be totally for it, but I don't see them do anything like that bc no $$$ can be gained.
It’s an interesting concept, but I’m not thinking I like the idea of crown purchases taking place directly in the game world. How about a weekly special page in the crown store instead?

When it comes to selling stuff for real life money this game operates on the FOMO principle. You may not think it's a good idea, unfortunately the people in the suits with the calculators thinks it's how they sell the most so things are extremely unlikely to change.

For example, I MIGHT have succumbed to temptation and purchased Tel Galen by now, but it's never been available to buy when I've had enough money available to spend on it.
So yes, I think this might be a worthwhile idea.

see this proves where their strategy is wrong because I've been playing on/off since release (mostly on) and this is the first time I'm even hearing about Tel Galen let alone being able to spend money on it. I know all homes are on the map but who clicks on unavailable homes? Maybe someone who's eagerly waiting to buy their dream home that visits in vain.
I hope gina sees this thread and brings it up for discussion because the current plan is broken and they're losing more money then they're making off the once every 2 year FOMO buy.
