Molag Bal final fight bug with temporal solution

[snip] Final fight with Molag Bal impossible to proceed because he does not enter the fight (too shy maybe?). My character was taken by him normally, I used synergy to free myself, landed and... nope, he won't come. I couldn't even abandon quest, couldn't teleport to ANY wayshrine, had to invite friend to group, tp to him. I relogged, quit game completely, nothing worked.
Oh, I didn't bother with support ticket because ya know your support, all bots, I'm not in the mood of reading yet another "we thank you blah blah but cannot do anything blah blah" stuff.
EDIT:
Managed to proceed from the start of God Of Schemes quest after quitting game 4 times. Tp again to friend, went back to Harborage, entered portal to Coldharbour, I was at the start of quest. Proceeded normally and finally Molag Bal decided to come down and fight. This is for ppl who might also encounter this bug BUT please ZOS do not assume this is resolved because some that don't read forum may not find solution. And for the love of all gods, hire testing team. Your patches and updates are worse and worse, quality-wise.
