Stamina recovery bug?

I feel like I'm losing my mind.. But anyway.
Last patch my stamina recovery worked fine, I got stam back just okay.
Now it seems to be very unreliable, especially during fights. I got +2500 stam recovery so it should regen back quickly, but I'm constantly running out.
Is this a bug or feature or what is going on?

Akselmo✭✭✭Played around a bit. I am not sure if someone else has this problem, but my stamina recovery time is way more than 2 seconds. (2.5 or 3 seconds) It could be lag or something. And in combat it just stops sometimes from recovering when someone hits me. I don't think this was ever the case before.
