Stat Caps / Soft Caps

Hail Friends,

I have not played in a year or two, and I noticed that the stat panel has been changed somewhat. Stats no longer indicate whether or not they are 'Overcharged', or when you have hit the 'Softcap' for the Stat.

Are there still Caps on Stats? If so, what are the caps?

Damage: (Spell/Weapon) ?
Critical: (Spell/Weapon)?
Penetration: (Spell/Weapon)?

I have tried searching around, but most of what I see seems to be outdated. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Looks like you haven't played for more than just a year or two, soft caps are long gone. But welcome back and have fun exploring all the other changes to the game :)

    The only thing that still has a cap is the mitigation you can get from your armour (50%) and some obvious logical caps where you don't benefit from higher values like more than 100% crit chance or more penetration than the total armour value of your opponent. (btw. most enemies in pve dungeons and raids have 18.2k armour / spell resistance)

    Thank you! So far I am really liking the changes, and the fact that it seems like they are actually trying to fix Cyrodiil after 7 years. Maybe we will finally be able to PvP without massive, game stopping lag.
