I know I have an alt or two on the EU server, back in the day when NA was getting it's 8 to 16hr maintenance you could hop on EU and continue playing. Now they take them both down at the same time, you have to find something else to amuse yourself.
As an ESO+ subscriber what are the benefits transferred to the off server, in my case EU. If I recall correctly it's only craft bag and DLC etc.

You also get any pets/ houses / crates from codes etc
You don't get anything from the crown store which you purchased on a server. This can include purchased DLC's, pets, mounts, account bonuses such as char slots etc.

I'll have to check it out when servers are back up, last time I visited my EU chars, I saw they were all under level 10, I sighed and possibly groaned and hadn't been back since.
