I know I have an alt or two on the EU server, back in the day when NA was getting it's 8 to 16hr maintenance you could hop on EU and continue playing. Now they take them both down at the same time, you have to find something else to amuse yourself.
As an ESO+ subscriber what are the benefits transferred to the off server, in my case EU. If I recall correctly it's only craft bag and DLC etc.

Anything you buy outside the game is available on both servers. Anything you buy in the crown store or otherwise within the game is server-specific.

It's the same whether you're an ESO+ subscriber or, not, although the subscription is one of the things which carries over to both servers, with all the bonuses (DLC, craft bag, XP bonus etc.) But anything you've bought with crowns, whether that's ESO+ crowns or ones from crown packs will only be on the one server. (Importantly your crown balance is shared - spend crowns on one server and they'll be gone from both, so you can't just buy everything twice.)

Similarly if you bought chapters outside the game those areas will be available on both servers, and if you got the collector's edition you'll have those items on both servers.

You get whichever game codes are associated with your account. So if you have an old account which had the code version of any race/any alliance then you still have that.

You also get any pets/ houses / crates from codes etc

You don't get anything from the crown store which you purchased on a server. This can include purchased DLC's, pets, mounts, account bonuses such as char slots etc.

I'll have to check it out when servers are back up, last time I visited my EU chars, I saw they were all under level 10, I sighed and possibly groaned and hadn't been back since. =)
