Unable to Preview Apex/Radiant Apex Mounts from Ayleid Crates

Summary:
None of the Apex or Radiant Apex mounts from the Ayleid Crates can be previewed in the Crown Store in-game (they simply do not appear, and my character does not change posture, continuing to stand as if the preview function has not been activated); however, all of the other mounts (including those from the lower tiers from the Ayleid Crates) can be previewed correctly in the Crown Store in-game. I am using a Japanese client in English mode downloaded via DMM.com running in Boot Camp in Windows 7 on a Macintosh Pro (I live in Japan). My system currently has 87.8 GB of HD space available, and has 32 GB of RAM; therefore, neither lack of HD space nor lack of RAM can be the issue.

I was attempting to preview the Apex and Radiant Apex mounts from the Ayleid Crates.

I expected to be able to preview the Apex and Radiant Apex mounts from the Ayleid Crates.

* What actually happened?
None of the mounts actually appeared in preview mode for any of the Apex and Radiant Apex mounts from the Ayleid Crates. Strangely, however, the mounts from the other tiers from the Ayleid Crates did correctly appear.

* What else would you like us to know?
I am using a Japanese client in English mode downloaded via DMM.com running in Boot Camp in Windows 7 on a Macintosh Pro (I live in Japan).

Disable your addons and try again. If this solves the problem, narrow it down to the culprit.

You're inside one of your houses, judging by your screenshots. Try previewing them outside of the house instance. I have the same issue and that was the only way I could preview them. The Apex/Radiant Apex mounts don't show up when previewed inside the house, but outside they behave normally.

Thank you for your response; your suggestion actually worked: I was finally able to preview the Apex/Radiant Apex mounts for the Ayleid Crates from just outside one of my houses.

While this approach works, generally speaking, it is a serious inconvenience because it forces me to leave my house for the sole purpose of previewing a specific tier of crate rewards when I merely wish to log on, preview them quickly in my bed in my house, and log off.

Usually, when I log on once a day from inside one of my houses, I immediately preview items of interest in the Crown Store, receive my Daily Reward, and then log off. When I wish to do something else, I usually log on again separately. This bug interrupts my daily routine and forces me to take much more time to warp outside my house, preview the items of interest, then re-enter my house, walk to my bed in my house, and then use the /sleep2 emote to sleep in my bed in my house before logging off.

This causes me to lose approximately 5 minutes more of time each day just to work around this bug.

For future crates, I sincerely hope that this issue does not recur; otherwise, I may be forced to purchase fewer Apex/Radiant Apex tier items from the Crown Store in order to avoid spending time in warping outside and walking back inside to my house and all the way back to my bedroom merely to preview the items on that tier.
