Willow's Path is Health, Stamina, and Magicka recovery with 5pc bonus granting 25% increase to all.
Daring Corsair and Shacklebreaker both 2 and 3 pc bonus gives Stamina and Magicka recovery.

I assume tabk means tank. Generally I find that my tank has 40K health and 20 to 25K stamina and magicka. If you're using 1H+Shield, you will use stamina for blocking and there is not much point in investing into stamina regen, because it's cut off while you block. I am not an expert on this, but I find that:

    (1) It's important to have a (slightly) higher stamina pool than magicka, because you will get some of your sustain from synergies and those synergies give you (more) resources based on which stat has the higher maximum pool.

    (2) I tend to run all Sturdy gear to get the block cost down, however I stop short of running block-related jewelry enchants. Instead I tend to run 3x magicka recovery enchants and land on something like 1.3K magicka regen in a typical build. Most of your skills should be magicka-based and stamina is mostly for blocking.

    (3) Sources of stamina include:
    • Potions
    • Ultimate activation as a DK
    • Earthen Heart skills (Fragmented Shield) as a DK
    • Bull Netch as a warden
    • Restoring Focus as a templar
    • Repentance as a templar
    • Heavy attacks, possibly while you have the 1H+S ult up if you're in trouble
    • Synergies, such as bubbles and templar shards

Since you're asking about sets, there are ones like Trappings of Invigoration, which gives you stam if you fall below 30%, but I have not found such sets necessary. I believe most tanks run something to help with self-healing or something that benefits the group instead (Ebon, Alkosh, ...). As a DK you might wear Bloodspawn to get to your ultimate quicker.
PC EU: Magblade (PvP main), DK (PvE Tank), Sorc (PvP and PvE), Magden (PvE Healer), Magplar (PvP and PvE DD), Arcanist (PvE DD)
PC NA: Magblade (PvP and PvE every role)

I want to do something different on this tank.

When I first started on my NB tank, I used Bloodthorns touch jewels and weps.sustain was great.

OH if this is for tanking, on my noob tank chars I use Bahraha's Curse 5pc all Heavy for the proc, this gives you another AOE circle that does on average 1000 damage/healing per second that also works as a snare. Bloodthorn 5pc Light armor gloves, belt, and all Triune jewelry; this gives more magicka bonuses, dealing direct damage restores around 935 stamina and magicka once every 5 seconds. In an odd twist, I use both Infused Trainee 1h and shield for the 1pc Health and 2pc Magicka set bonuses. This works well for Normal Dungeons, World Bosses, and other easy group content; though I wouldn't recommend it for tougher stuff.

Senchal Defender is the best set for resource sustain if you learn how and when to utilize it. And it is easy to get.

If you're a dk, the combustion passive us you're friend - you need poisons and burning to proc 500 stam or magic.

Also mythic bloodthorns embrace gives 1500 magic when you block a marked enemy.

Eternal Vigor. It is Overland and has this auto switch to healing, when you are beLOW 50% Health.
    For lazy Tanks. o:)
If anyone here says: OH! But, PVP! I swear I'll ...

Thank you for the valuable input and respectfully recommend to discuss that aspect of ESO on the PVP forum.

😛 Let tanks do what they want. Maybe wouldn't have to wait as long then.

👀 I ended up with willow path advice but on sorc. Changed mind and nb tank became werewolf tank with torremtor set.

    Stonekeeper monster helm. :-)

Also agree on the mag recovery on jewelry. Plus of course switching to ice staff back bar you can use magicka to block as needed.

Ive used the Maelstrom S&B on the front bar with Yoln on the backbar. Heavy attack after Low Slash gave me back like 30-40% stam and magicka in the previous update, havent tanked since the CP changes so its probably less now.

Bloodlord's Embrace is really strong for magicka sustain but you have to sacrifice a monster set.

Grave-Stake Collector also sounds really good for magicka and stamina sustain but I havent tried it out. If you chain in enemies and root them in place you're constantly restoring 4k mag+stam for each enemy that dies.

Stam recovery sets is useless on tanks since your stam regen is disabled while blocking.

With the reflectiondamage from DK armor passive the sets procs all the time, which makes it the strongest sustain 5pc by far

My primary tank toon is in Spell Power Cure and Senchal defender. They are by far my favorite sets to run on a tank. I do a lot of vet dungeons and pickup trial groups. Covers all the bases.

With the right buff skills running, the major courage stays up 100% of the time and once you learn when to throw in the heavy attack on the snb bar (depends on the encounter and particular mob's own rotation), you'll never be without resources.

50k hp. Max resistances. 25k +/- stam/magicka. Nice, easy, smooth.

When there's another equipped healer along, can use Yoln or PA for the fat courage stack. Or Alkosh but pen is so easy and everywhere now. The new group ulti gen set looks nice, so does the berserk buffing one, but I haven't used or farmed either one myself yet.

Bloodthorn is a nice alternative. Its got a decent feed. There's also stonekeeper monster set. That one's pretty enjoyable and fun to use. Then of course, engine guardian, but I find it lackluster most the time. It's the disappointment of getting a string of procs on things you don't need, as its random.

Not as fun. You can do anything you want with willow path. Just makes things way more engaging.

My tank with stone keeper feels like a rock pet. While my tank with willow path feels feels like a thunder god showing it's might. One is definitely more fun over the other
