Anyone know of any Female Frost Staff Templar Lore NPCs?

I would like to make an female Iconic lore npc which uses a frost staff with Templar like powers and somewhat tanky looking.

Is there character with such in Elder Scrolls series?

There's a lore category to post in where more people could help you I figure. I personally don't know any such character.

I have also considered this setup, there is no NPC that combines light and ice spells, but you can make a PC that does.
