No sprint function in Evermore

Just checked my keybinds and yes the sprint is bound to the shift key but no sprinting.

Not sure if what I'm experiencing is the same, but it sounds like it might be. Since Flames of Ambition dropped (PC here), whenever I activate sprint (both mounted and not mounted), the sprint animation starts, but my character moves at the same speed as before. If I then hit the sprint button a second time, the sprinting actually goes off.

This happens to me all the time independent of the zone I'm in.

Only really logged in as my Bosmer NB since the update, for whom I took the Hunter's Eye again, now that it has at least some use for me. Other than that, speed boosts he has are from Continous Attack, which only applies when mounted. He also is a vampire with Dark Stalker, but since I'm trying to sprint I'm obviously not sneaking, as well as Hasty Retreat from Bow, which only applies after dodge rolling when on the bow bar. And I'm neither dodge rolling, nor have I been on the bow bar when I noticed this. I haven't invested any point in CP which boost speed.

EDIT: I could get a comparison now with my Dark Elf Sorc, who has no CP invested in anything and also no skill passives which boost speed. On that character sprint works as expected, so I assume the problem comes from a combination of the different speed boosts on my Bosmer.
