This is what I was thinking of
Bleed Damage has a chance to apply Hemorrhaging. It deals slightly weaker damage than Burning over 4 seconds and applies Minor Mangle to the target while afflicted.

Hemorrhaging procs of the bleed DoT on your enemy. There aren’t many bleeds in the game available, Warden is the only class that has direct access to bleed effects, others are from Dual Wield skills or Carve from the 2h skill line.

Direct damage bleed like Crimson provides a far better uptime on the debuff.
I hope ZOS can introduce a direct damage bleed glyph (similar to shock, poison, disease glyphs). That would be quite strong and used a lot
