This is what I was thinking of

Bleed Damage has a chance to apply Hemorrhaging. It deals slightly weaker damage than Burning over 4 seconds and applies Minor Mangle to the target while afflicted.

Hemorrhaging one of the three new status effects implemented in the last U29 Flames of Ambition.

Hemorrhaging procs of the bleed DoT on your enemy. There aren’t many bleeds in the game available, Warden is the only class that has direct access to bleed effects, others are from Dual Wield skills or Carve from the 2h skill line.

Growing Swarm also stats that it causes the target to 'Bleed' for an amount of damage over 10 seconds, and also those around the initial target also take Bleed damage.

bleed is more a type of dmg than a status effect (that would trigger the new oblivion explosion cp) afaik. but not a dps.. so i dont pay to much attention to these things

worth mentioning Dots have a VERY VERY low chance to proc status effects. I dueled someone for 10 minutes who used vma 2H (for an ON-demand bleed) and the uptime was 2%. thats 12 seconds uptime in a 10 min fight. basically worthless.

Direct damage bleed like Crimson provides a far better uptime on the debuff.

I hope ZOS can introduce a direct damage bleed glyph (similar to shock, poison, disease glyphs). That would be quite strong and used a lot :)

Yeah 😂 when it did proc it lasted 3 secs which was super useless. Cutting dive though would be useful for sunder aka minor breech.

Charged staff + physical staff effect chance makes it quite easy to proc

So bleed was bust, but realized potential of sunder. Not just warden but other classes too
