PVP balance issues

Right now there are 2 classes that dominate pvp and its sorc and warden.
warden by the way is still capable of proctanking 3 ppl with harbinger set and vateshran inferno staff even now without cover or anything and they heal alot while doing so. (no other class can do that)
it also seems like they dominate noproc cyrodiil.
am i wrong ?
following points for cyrodiil.... regen/defense builds win against all other builds.
in general armor penetration stat needs to matter more spelldmg stat and crit too. the most effective builds are about regen defense .... roll dodge roll dodge roll dodge dawnbreaker twohanded finisher. repeat.
magblade needs more mobility-walking speed- but the shadow clone skill should not teleport out of sight (teleporting through walls is on par with streak both skills are to strong)
most ppl complain about stealth but the teleport is actually stronger tool
if it comes to shadowy disguise make it give u a debuff for rolldodges so stamblade doesnt have both defenses at their dissposal
these are some point im sure there are more and some of u probably dont agree becouse your class is affected but its just how it is.
