Possiblity of mount transfer from NA to EU - have you ever asked ZOS about that?

And this is no ordinary mount, mind you - it is THE mount: The Senche of Scarlet Regrets!

ZOS say they cannot move anything between servers and they have never done it.

The one exception was when the Xbox and PS4 servers were brand new they allowed existing players one opportunity to copy their account across, but apparently that was only possible because it was going to new and empty databases. If you missed the deadline for that they won't even do PC to console transfers any more.

Write a support ticket, you got nothing to lose but your time (which you already are losing by going to the forums).

I did this, sadly everything that has been bought with crowns left on the na server, eso plus works in both servers

Its not that they cannot, its just that they wont.

PTS characther transfers work from both EU and NA PC servers and are done regularly without any player input even.

PTS "transfers" are a complete copy of either the EU database or the NA database after wiping the previous PTS database. It's very similiar to console launch, and not like transferring from live NA to EU.

But that's also transferring data to a blank database, whatever was on the PTS is wiped when a new copy is made.

What ZOS say they can't do is transfer just 1 account's data (or specific things, like items or an individual character) from one server to another one which is currently in use.

I'm sure they could work out a way to do it if they wanted to, because most other MMOs can do this (sometimes with limitations, like if a character name is taken on your new server you'll have to rename them to move). But I'm just repeating what ZOS have said, which is that they can't do it.

We can speculate on why that is and what they could do to fix it, but without knowing exactly how their servers and databases work we can't say for sure and even if one of us could figure it out that doesn't do any good because we aren't in a position to make them change it. As long as that's the case it doesn't really matter too much if the precise detail is that they can't or won't, the end result is it's not happening, even if players keep asking for it.

If they made it so that paid-for Crown Store items could be used on both servers, they would double the cost of them. If they were merely to create a system for transferring an item from one server to another (on the same platform, technical and almost certainly contractual problems prevent transfers between platforms) you would likely need to buy a token from the Crown Store to initiate the process, and it would be set at a high price to minimise the impact on Customer Support. As is so often the case with such requests, be careful what you wish for.

Once they start running low on funds, it will be in the shop... like every other game.

    (Server/platform transfers I mean xD)

I wish there was a transfer from PS4 to PC. I don’t want to restart.

Anything you bought in the ESO store, like chapters, or items coming with crown bundles, will be available on the other server. But nothing you bought in-game will.

Personally I play on both servers, just to have back-up for when EU goes down...

It s not that simple sadly. Eso assigns each character a number (like an item number) so say your number is 1544 you move from na to eu suddenly there is two 1544's and the system cant figure out what to do next. It would be a lot more work, i dont know why its like this but character specific add ons show that each character has a unique id.
