Friends list bugged (blank - location, class and level)

Hey, since last patch I've been unable to see the last known location of my friends, the character they were last logged on with, as well as their class and level. Additionally, they all appear as last online <1 minutes ago (when I logged in). This also seems to be affecting guilds so they can no longer see when someone was last online which understandably makes it a little trickier to manage (e.g. you're usually kicked if you're offline for longer than a month). Any fixes? Sorry if this issue has been raised already and yeah I only have 6 friends. /heartbroken
