So yea Charging Maneuver...
Is it broken or working as intended? It doesn't seem to be boosting my speed at all and my mounted speed doesn't increase at all now.

✭✭✭✭✭Major Gallop has been moved to the first tier of the Continuous Attack passive. Rapid Maneuver and its morphs now only give a speed boost on foot I believe.3
