Why was the Ayleid Well that fills your ult not added in the new crates?

Since the well appeared on the PTS everyone I know has been impatiently waiting for it because it would be one the most significant quality of life features the game ever added:
1. No more waiting and ulti loading while doing damage tests
2. No more fighting over mobs during prime time while resetting the raid
It was a huge disappointment when it didn't release with FoA and I expected it to be a absolute no-brainer to be included in the new crates ( Ayleid Well in Ayleid Crates seemed like a safe call). Now for whatever reason it wasn't and I absolutely can't imagine why. Since there are no content updates to be expected until the next chapter release I don't expect it to just randomly pop up in the crown store. Which is incerdibly frustrating knowing that such a large QoL is available but not implemented.

For the love of all that is holy, why would you want something so important in the Crown Crates? This needs to be in the Master Writ Vendor and of course the crown store as a permanent fixture. As you stated, this is a massive QOL item (I certainly wont say most significant ever, but not the point). No way this should be behind a Cash RNG or Gem gate, and no way it should be limited time only.

Because it's supposed to be a permanent housing utility furnishing. Crown crates come and go but this is likely to stay. L

Look at the Vampiric Libations pack as an example of a utility furnishing that stays in the store and thankfully wasn't in crates.

Hopefully both the Ayleid property and the Ayleid well will be released for direct purchase before long.

Perhaps have some profiles on which types of buyers are likely to buy crates and which are not. The Iron Atronach target dummy also never went in crown crates. Better to sell it to people directly, if the people interested would refuse to gamble for it.

Why on God’s Green Earth would this ever be a crown crate item? Don't give them terrible ideas. I know the names are nice and matchy, but for the love of all that is good please let items like this REMAIN as permanently available items.

I don't like the trend of furnishings costing 100 gems so I'm glad they didn't put it in the crown crates because I wouldn't buy for that many gems no matter how QoL bonus it is
