[SOLVED] - Cannot Dye Weapons On Main Outfit - PC - NA - No Addons

I am trying to dye my main armor and weapons. I have a daggar, axe and bow. All I see on the screen is my daggar, no axe or bow and I have no options to dye my weapons. 
The only option I have is to make my main armor my outfit 1 so I can dye the weapons. Clearly something is broken.

✭✭✭I could be wrong, but I believe weapon dying was not a thing before the outfit system update, and can only be dyed with an outfit selected.Main: Drio Azul ~ DC, Redguard, Healer/Magicka Templar ~ NA-PC
