Guild roster issue/Can’t do demotes or removals

I play both PC and Xbox and I noticed this on PC before update came to console but in guild roster if someone isn’t online then you can’t see their memeber note to see when they were last online, their guild rank or due date. If someone logs on while I’m on I can see their member note even if they log out but if I relog then it goes away again. Usually around 50% or more of guild guildies are offline and there is absolutely no way of knowing who needs demoted or removed.
