How to keep track of frenzied momentum stacks , in PVP?

How do you guys keep track of frenzied momentum stacs? I tried that wep last night and had issues with knowing when all the 5 stacks are up.

✭Action Duration reminder shows you the stacks directly on your momentum skill.
Console just have to count or watch the glow on your char.0 -

✭✭✭✭It's on the vanilla buff tracker.
When you reach 5, you have this like orangey glow all around you. It's fairly obvious.
Unless of course you're in cyrodiil. Then it'll get zero stacks at the moment...0
