I have been looking for this tattoo (https://eso.mmo-fashion.com/death-grin-body-tattoo) for some time but it never seems to be offered in the crown store. Any chance of it coming up soon or any time, for that matter?

That page says it comes from the Reaper's Harvest crown crates. That means it's never been offered directly in the crown store and it's unlikely it will be, because if crate items were offered directly no one would gamble for them and risk wasting their money.

The Reaper's Harvest crates are Witches Festival/Halloween themed, so they'll probably come back around October, but it could happen at any time because sometimes ZOS like to bring crates back randomly as well.

Thanks for the response. I should, however, have been a little more explicit. Yes, I understand they come from crates but for the past 2 years at least I am not sure they have even been available.

Reaper's Harvest and Hollowjack crates were both out in October 2019, but only the Hollowjack came back in 2020.

It seems like a pretty safe bet that Reaper's Harvest will come back for October this year since they sat out last year.
