pickpocket possible bug

the pickpocket is strange, alternating between hidden and detected even if you are alone in the area and behind the victim
you look around and no one is seeing you
I’m watching this happen even inside a smaller area that looks like a house and you can’t even steal the victim in a room

I've had this happen very rarely in the past as well (pre-patch). No idea what's causing it.

I'm giving up on this game
in addition to having to live with a high ping since I'm in Brazil (ping 190-230) and that gives you a disadvantage in pvp, you have to live with bugs that also hinder your fun and gameplay
from time to time comes a different bug.........................
this bug now prevents me from doing pickpocket quests because I always get marked as a thief and I have to spend gold to clean myself
I got tired, maybe in the future things will get better with microsoft in the game (but I don't believe that)
