Crash in Alik'r during quest and NPC movement.

In the quest "Feathered friends" when you have to go talk to people regarding the harpies, there is one NPC that is standing on the building, when you go near she jumps off. Right as the NPC landed on the ground my game crashed. I usually am able to run ESO with no problem so I don't think this is about my PC.
