cyrodil lag on Xbox

I see some youtube videos and streams where it seems like the player isn't lagging all that hard on console. But man everytime I play, especially the last few days, I have to literally press my skills twice in a row just for them to actually trigger, or there will be times my magicka/stamina pool goes to 0% and my character can still run about 10-15 meters and then I die about 2-3 seconds after resources dropped. The game seems like a completely broken product in cyrodil. It really seems like everything that's happening on my screen is 2-3 seconds later than when it actually occurs. But it seems like this isn't the case for everyone.

In BG's it's 100% different for me. I can react quickly, I actually feel in control of my character. I also do waaaaay freaking better in BG's as a result. I feel like a god in there by comparison.

Is there anything I can do? I have plugged in ethernet connection, with a strong internet (~100MB download, ~40MB upload speed). And yeah changing when I play isn't really an option for me.

On XB Series X. BGs and IC are pretty good for me. Cyrodiil blows. A little better than when I played on XB1X.

The moment a ball group shows up none of my bow attacks fire properly. But even without ball groups, during prime time, snipes and poison injections can sometimes stall. I play on BR which isn't nearly as bad as GH, which is unplayable for me most of the time.

My other PVP characters are also affected, to varying degrees.
